Our privacy practices, terms of use, security posture, and the rights you have as a California resident — in plain language. Updated when anything changes, dated below.
Version 2026-08-04
In plain language. Nomoscope is a regulatory intelligence platform for businesses. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service for our customer, keep it secure, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising. If you are in California, the CCPA / CPRA give you rights — see below.
We process information for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis:
We share data only with subprocessors that provide the service (see § Subprocessors), with your direction (e.g., integrations you enable), and when required by law. We do not sell your data, we do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not share your data with regulators.
Sale or sharing of personal information: Nomoscope does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CPRA.
If you reside in California, you have the following rights under the CCPA / CPRA:
To exercise any right, email privacy@nomoscope.ai.
Nomoscope is a B2B product for business users; we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post material changes at this URL with a new revision date. For substantial changes, we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.

These terms govern your use of Nomoscope. By accessing the Nomoscope platform, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Nomoscope LLC ("Nomoscope"). Use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Nomoscope provides regulatory monitoring and operational intelligence for regulated teams, starting with import and trade. The service monitors supported sources according to the service configuration, matches them against your business profile, and translates them into operational terms. Source coverage and monitoring frequency may vary. The service is informational. It is not legal services, customs brokerage, or compliance certification (see the Disclaimer section below for the full disclaimer).
Use of Nomoscope does not establish a lawyer–client relationship, a customs brokerage relationship, or any other professional services relationship between you and Nomoscope. For legal interpretation of any regulatory change Nomoscope surfaces, consult qualified counsel.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
You agree to use Nomoscope within your own operation and not to:
You retain ownership of your business profile, the alerts you generate, and any content you upload. You grant Nomoscope a limited license to process this data solely to operate the service, secure it, and improve detection (without training general-purpose models across customers).
Pilot engagements are governed by a signed pilot agreement that supersedes these Terms where conflicts arise. Pilot pricing, term, and feedback cadence are documented per pilot agreement.
Nomoscope provides regulatory information; it does not guarantee that any update will be detected, classified correctly, or delivered within a specific window. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Customers retain responsibility for their own regulatory posture and final decisions about their operation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
How billing works. Nomoscope is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. When you subscribe, you authorize Nomoscope to charge the payment method on file for the plan and billing period you selected.
Your subscription renews automatically and is charged without further notice until you cancel. At the start of each billing period — each month for a monthly plan, or each year for an annual plan — your subscription renews automatically and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for the next period. We do not send a separate reminder or request additional approval before each renewal charge. Renewal continues period after period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, so you are not charged for any period after the one you are currently in. It does not undo or refund charges already incurred for the active billing period, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
No refunds after access begins, except where required by law or expressly approved by Nomoscope in writing. This is a billing term; nothing here limits any right you may have under applicable law.
For billing questions — invoices, payment methods, renewals, or cancellation — contact billing@nomoscope.ai.
Nomoscope provides regulatory monitoring and operational intelligence. It is not legal advice and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Customers should consult qualified counsel for legal interpretation of any regulatory change.
Regulatory monitoring and operational intelligence for regulated teams, starting with import and trade. The service monitors supported sources according to the service configuration and translates them into operational terms scoped to your business profile.
Each alert summarizes the regulatory update in operational terms. Alerts include provenance (source URL, agency, generated timestamp, deadline if any) and a link to the primary source so you can read the original. Nomoscope is not the publisher of those sources and is not responsible for their accuracy; always consult the original document before acting.
Every alert snapshots the version of your business profile it was matched against. Past alerts can be replayed against the profile state at the time of generation. A signal marked "resolved" indicates internal tracking only; it is not a determination that the underlying regulation has been complied with.
Although we perform scheduled monitoring of supported sources, we cannot guarantee that every relevant regulatory change is captured. The service is a tool to assist regulated operators; it does not replace internal compliance review or qualified counsel.
Security is treated as a feature of the product, not a separate concern. Nomoscope is designed for operators in regulated industries, and our security posture is calibrated for that audience.
If a security incident affecting your data is confirmed, we will notify affected customers without undue delay, in line with applicable breach-notification requirements.
If you believe you've found a security issue, please email security@nomoscope.ai.
