Twice in two years, midsize operators we knew well were hit with a regulatory change they could have prepared for if they'd seen it in time. Both changes were public. Both were findable. Neither got read. Nomoscope is the regulatory monitoring layer we wished they'd had: a configurable platform that collects and organizes AD/CVD notices from Commerce, FDA import alerts, ITC determinations, CBP CSMS bulletins, USTR trade notices, OFAC sanctions actions, BIS Entity List actions, CPSC recall and product-safety notices and EPA chemical and pesticide import rules, the sources running in production today. Today, import & trade is live; more sources are built and coming online as each is verified. Regulatory monitoring, not legal counsel. We built it first for import and compliance teams, and the same source preferences extend to other regulated teams as we bring each online. Example areas on the roadmap include alcohol, wine, and spirits, consumer electronics, and supply chain and operations.
Every signal links to the source document when one is on file. No reading summaries of summaries.
Nomoscope collects and organizes regulatory updates from currently active sources. Available coverage varies by monitoring area and is shown within the product.
If your morning has too many alerts, we have failed. We'd rather miss a weak match than waste your attention.
You can set up and start on your own, but a founder still reads every note that comes in. The first conversation isn't a funnel.
The product stays quiet, clear, and focused. Nomoscope is built for operators who need signal without visual noise.
Nomoscope is being built by a small team focused on making public-source monitoring easier to understand, prioritize, and review. We started with import and trade because missed changes can become expensive quickly, and we are designing the platform to support broader regulated operations over time.
Leads product direction, operator workflows, and go-to-market for Nomoscope. Turns real compliance and regulatory monitoring pain into clear product flows, source coverage priorities, and customer onboarding.
Built in California, close to the trade lanes, ports, and operators that shape our first coverage areas.
Leads engineering and intelligence systems: the data pipelines, scoring logic, and product infrastructure that turn public-source changes into reviewable, high-signal monitoring output.
